A Russian Soviet era propaganda poster. The print represents Vladimir Lenin against the red flags. Inscription in Russian: We say Lenin when we mean Party, We say Party when we mean Lenin. Design by Nina Vatolina, 1915 to 2002, a Russian graphic artist, author of the famous Ne Boltai poster. Published by Izobrazitelnoye Iskusstvo, Moscow, 1969. Technical inscriptions in the lower part. Soviet Historical Collectibles, Wall Prints, Communist Propaganda.
