RUSSIAN GILT SILVER AND AGATE BOWL WITH DIAMONDS - A Russian gilt silver-mounted carved honey agate bowl with diamonds. The smooth polished honey agate bowl is raised on an ornate base. The top and bottom rims are made of gilt silver. The handles are modeled in the shape of mythological female winged figures, possibly harpies. Along the upper rim there is a cross and wreath-shaped applied decor set with white diamonds. Hallmarked with the 84 Russian silver standard and manufacturer marks.
