RUSSIAN SOVIET POSTER BY NIKOLAI SMOLYAK 1956 - A Soviet poster dedicated to the preparations for the VI World Festival of Youth and Students, which was held in Moscow in the summer of 1957. A girl releasing a white dove, a traditional symbol of peace, is depicted on the background of the world map. Designed by the Soviet graphic artist Nikolai Petrovich Smolyak, 1910 to 1963.
