RUSSIAN SILVER ENAMEL DIAMOND EGG SURPRISE RABBIT - A Russian gilt Silver and enamel presentation egg box. The exterior of the egg is covered with enamel in a blue shade, decorated with overlays representing Imperial monograms, garlands, bows, swans, double headed Imperial eagles, encrusted with gemstones and diamonds. The egg is adorned with a putti figurine, on the top. It contains a miniature golden rabbit figurine, which is the boxs surprise. The figurine is encrusted with red cabochon eyes. Mounted on a footed stand featuring relief floral, foliage, foliate scroll and garland ornaments. Marked with a Silver standard hallmark, and other marks.
