LOT OF THREE JAPANESE HANGING SCROLLS - A lot of three Japanese hanging scrolls, or kakejiku, rendered in ink on paper and set within traditional decorative textile borders. The central scroll depicts a stylized warrior on horseback positioned between two architectural structures. This scroll bears a hand inscribed text on the reverse: SMALL - HanRubbing - Szechuan - Horse Rider - Two towers. Two scrolls present various styles of ink calligraphy accompanied by red cinnabar seals. Each piece is mounted with wooden rollers and retains the characteristic aesthetic of Japanese ink painting and scholarly arts.
