RUSSIAN IMPERIAL SILVER BADGE 121ST PENZA INFANTRY REG - A Russian Imperial badge of the 121st Penza Infantry Regiment. The badge is a silver cross, covered with black enamel, superimposed on a round St. George ribbon. On the cross is laid a silver double-headed eagle, crowned with three gold Imperial crowns. On the eagles chest is a shield covered with red enamel and showing George the Victorious slaying the dragon to the center. On the wings of the eagle are the monograms of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II, crowned with Imperial crowns. On the vertical arms of the cross are the silver dates 1813 and 1913.
