ANTIQUE EUROPEAN PAINTED PORCELAIN CAMEO BROOCH - An antique European, presumably German hand-painted porcelain cameo brooch. The brooch depicts a portrait in an oval, a little girl in the right profile with dark, wavy hair and green hat. It is housed in a metal frame with a twisted design along the edge. Pin back.
