Lev Zak or Leon Zack, was a Russian-born Futurist poet and artist of Jewish descent. He moved to France in 1923 where he became a member of the School of Paris. After WWII, Zack abandoned figuration for geometrical abstraction, gradually moving toward a more expressive mode of Tachisme.
