JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINT AFTER TSUKIOKA YOSHITOSHI - A Japanese woodblock print on paper, Beauty with Iris Blossoms, from the series, Beauties and Seven Flowers after Tsukioka Yoshitoshi, 1839 to 1892. Inscribed with Calligraphy in the print, lower right and left. Tsukioka Yoshitoshi is considered the last great master of traditional ukiyo e prints. He worked at the turn of the Edo and Meiji periods, when Japan began to actively open up to Western influences.
