DUTCH ATTRIBUTED M.C. ESCHER PEGASUS LITHOGRAPH - Attributed to Dutch artist Maurits Cornelis Escher (1898–1972), this lithograph titled Pegasus (No. 105) presents a repeating tessellation pattern of interlocking winged horses in alternating light and dark values. Rendered on cream paper, the artwork features the artist's block monogram 'MCE' near the bottom of the central composition. Numbered '64/120' in pencil at the lower left margin and bears the signature 'M C Escher' in pencil at the lower right margin. The reverse paper dust cover displays light age wear and wire hanging hardware. The frame exhibits minor scuffs along the outer wooden edges. Unexamined out of frame.
