The decanter is decorated in the Lismore pattern, featuring a band of vertical fluting to the shoulder transitioning into a diamond-cut cross-hatched lower section. The base is finished with a radial star-cut pattern. The large spherical stopper features vertical ribbing and a ground glass plug designed for a secure fit. The underside of the base bears an acid-etched Waterford maker mark in a gothic-style script.
