Two wall mirrors comprising a Venetian style etched mirror and a large octagonal wood framed mirror - This lot consists of two wall mirrors of contrasting styles. The first is a Venetian style mirror featuring a shaped, arched top and a frameless construction. The central bevelled plate is surrounded by smaller mirror panels etched with foliate and floral motifs. The second is a large octagonal wall mirror set within a dark stained reeded wood frame, accented with a beaded gilt effect inner slip. The mirror plate features bevelled edges and is decorated with etched horizontal and diagonal geometric lines. Both mirrors are primarily constructed from mirror glass.
