BSA Meteor Break-Barrel Air Rifle - A BSA Meteor break-barrel air rifle designed for target shooting and small game. The rifle features a tapered barrel fitted with a hooded front sight and an adjustable rear leaf sight. The compression cylinder is finished in black and is mounted into a one-piece wooden stock with a semi-pistol grip and a rounded forend. Prominent markings on the top of the cylinder include the model name BSA METEOR in a stylized font, while the side of the cylinder is stamped BSA GUNS LTD ENGLAND alongside the manufacturer piled arms logo. This specimen bears auction lot stickers marked 39 and 657 on the buttstock. A green velvet-lined hardshell case is visible below the item but is not included as part of this specific lot. No calibre designation is visible on the external metalwork.
