The collection comprises various colours including aqua, emerald green, clear, and dark olive green ”black” glass. Several examples feature embossed lettering indicating regional Northwest England merchants, breweries, and transportation companies. Identifiable examples include a dark olive bottle embossed L M S HOTELS for the London, Midland and Scottish Railway, and an emerald green bottle for Peter Walker of Warrington and Burton featuring a central circular trade mark.
