A Nepalese Service Pattern Kukri with Leather-Covered Scabbard - This traditional Nepalese kukri features a characteristic forward-curving steel blade with a single fuller along the spine and a traditional notched cho at the base of the edge. The hilt is constructed of carved dark hardwood with a central raised ring, secured to a full tang by two large circular steel rivets and capped with a steel pommel plate. The item is accompanied by a wood-lined scabbard covered in black leather, featuring a brass chape and a leather belt frog. The reverse of the scabbard includes two integrated pockets for accessory knives, which are not present. No manufacturer marks or military stamps are visible on the piece.
