WWII Sterling Silver and Guilloché Enamel Royal Air Force Sweetheart Brooch - A WWII-era Royal Air Force sweetheart brooch crafted from sterling silver with multi-coloured guilloché enamel. The piece features a pair of outstretched, feathered wings decorated with translucent cobalt-blue enamel over an engine-turned ground. At the centre is a circular roundel containing a stylised 'RAF' monogram, surrounded by a green-enamelled laurel wreath. The brooch is surmounted by a King's Crown, also known as a Tudor Crown, with the velvet cap finished in red enamel. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin and a simple C-clasp. An impressed circular mark on the reverse reads 'STERLING' arched over 'SILVER'. No maker's names, hallmarks, or assay marks are visible.
