Two Late 20th-Century Egyptian-Style Polychrome Cast Resin Floor Statue Planters - Two large-scale decorative floor-standing statues crafted from cast resin or composite material in the Egyptian Revival style. The matched pair depicts a male pharaoh and a female queen standing in formal poses, each with arms raised to support a lotus-motif bowl atop their heads. The figures are finished in high-gloss black to represent skin, complemented by extensive gilded and silver-toned accents on the elaborate headdresses, broad collars, and pleated garments. The statues stand on circular, tiered bases decorated with winged motifs and uraeus cobras. Both bowls currently contain artificial trailing green foliage. No maker's marks, signatures, or factory stamps are visible on the bodies or the bases of the figures.
