Two Lladró and Goebel Glazed Porcelain Figurines including Sleepy Time Infant and Lute-Playing Angel - Two late 20th-century European glazed porcelain figurines. The first, titled Sleepy Time and produced by Lladró, depicts a nude infant resting on its stomach upon a white pillow. The figure is crafted with a soft glossy glaze in pale flesh tones with light brown hair. The underside of the pillow bears a blue printed mark consisting of a stylized floral emblem above the word LLADRÓ and HAND MADE IN SPAIN, accompanied by the incised model number 6497 and further faint incised characters that are not clearly legible. The second figurine, manufactured by Goebel, depicts a standing angel with outspread wings, dressed in a pale pink and white gown while playing a lute. The underside of the base features a blue printed mark reading Goebel with a stylized bee symbol above the letter e, and W. Germany printed below.
