20th-Century Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Chrysanthemum Vase Lamp Base - A 20th-century Chinese cloisonne enamel vase, now converted into a table lamp base. The vase of baluster form is decorated with large, vibrant chrysanthemum blooms in shades of red, pink, and yellow among green foliage. A small blue bird is depicted in flight to one side. The decoration is executed using the cloisonne technique, with fine wires forming a repeating cloud-scroll pattern across the dark blue ground. The neck is further adorned with floral and ruyi-head borders. The vase is mounted upon a carved dark wood stand and fitted with a brass top cap, a bayonet-style bulb socket, and an integrated switch. No maker's marks, signatures, or reign marks are visible on the exterior of the piece.
