Dutch-Style Cast Brass Three-Arm Table Lamp with Suspended Shade - A Dutch-style cast brass table lamp, likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The ornate design features a central column supporting three scrolling arms, each terminated with a small bayonet-cap lamp holder. Suspended from the column by three chains is a circular pierced brass shade, decorated with a repeating frieze of putti amongst foliate scrolls and masks. The lamp is surmounted by a figurative finial depicting a standing man in 17th-century attire, possibly a cavalier or musketeer. The heavily cast circular base is embellished with further scrolling foliate motifs and masks. The lamp is fitted with a modern white PVC-insulated cord, an in-line thumb switch, and a standard UK three-pin plug. No maker's marks, hallmarks, or signatures are visible on the metalwork.
