Ca. 600 - 500 BC.An Egyptian steatite scarab, set in a high carat, possibly later gold ring. The ring is composed of a slender hoop with shoulders adorned with golden threads connected to a bezel. This encloses the scarab, which depicts a seated man or a God facing left, dressed in a long tunic with extended arms.
