A globular bronze bowl with a lid engraved with a frieze of calligraphic cartouches inscribed in Arabic thuluth with medallions of interlocking floral motifs below. Around the body, several decorative friezes of various crosses, lambrequins and foliage sit beneath the main calligraphic panel.
