ABBASID ANIMAL-SHAPED GLASS UNGUENTARIUM - Ca. AD 600 - 800. A glass flask in the shape of a camel. It stands on four legs and has a long neck surmounted by a round muzzle. On the back of the camel are two tall vessels adorned with glass threads. It has a short handle that connects the shoulder of the vessel to the vertical rim.
