ROMAN DEEP BLUE GLASS PYRIFORM BOTTLE - Ca. AD 100 - 300. A blue glass bottle with a narrow neck. The elongated pyriform body tapers down to a hemispherical bottom. Bottles with this type of bottom were unable to stand upright. In this case, they were likely used not only for storage but also for transporting liquids.
