PAIR OF EGYPTIAN AMETHYST SCARABS - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A pair of scarabs in amethyst of ovoid form with naturalistic features. The first is polished and the second has engraved a fighting pharaoh with a blue crown in front of a kneeled prisoner.
