EGYPTIAN STEATITE PLAQUE - Ramesside Period, Ca. 1300 - 1100 BC. A rectangular-shaped plaque made of steatite and with a drilled hole. One side presents a cartouche with feathers containing the prenomen of Thutmose III (“Menkheperre”). The opposite side displays four concentric circles with a rosette positioned between them. Size: 29mm x 21mm; Weight: 10g. Provenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014; Ex. Private collection 1970s-1990s.
