ETRUSCAN BLACK GLAZE KERNOS - Ca. 350 - 250 BC. A hand-built pottery kernos with four offering cups used to hold votive offerings such as poppy seeds, wheat or barley. Black glaze covers all the external surfaces. An engraved lines motif embellishes the shoulders of the three cups. For similar see: inv 83957, National Archaeological Museum Florence, Italy.
