SUPERB APULIAN BLACK GLAZED POTTERY OINOCHOE - Ca. 400 - 300 BC. A beautiful black-glazed oinochoe with a broad ovoid body and a concave neck. This is a vessel used for pouring through the symmetrical trefoil spout and rim. It stands on a flat, black-glazed foot and has a delicate handle connecting the shoulders of the vase with the rim.
