ROMAN BRONZE FERTILITY PENDANT - Ca. AD 100 - 300. A solid-cast tinned bronze pendant in the form of a male figure with an erect phallus, symbolic of virility and fertility. The male genitalia features an erect, curved penis between large, round testicles. The surface presenting with a green and russet patina. It also has an integral suspension loop on the top of the bearded head of the figure. Size: 60mm x 30mm; Weight: 45g Provenance: Property of a European collector; Ex. D. Miller collection.
