EGYPTIAN GOLD NECKLACE WITH MULTICOLOUR STONE INLAY - Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A gold necklace composed of five curved rectangular segments, each containing a recessed panel set with multicoloured stone inlays. The inlays depict wedjat eyes in blue with white sclera, placed against a red background. Thin gold partitions separate the individual elements within each panel. Small protruding loops line the outer edges of each segment.
