EGYPTIAN STRIPED FAIENCE BALL BEAD - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A faience bead of a spherical form, decorated with alternating blue and black radial stripes. The pattern is evenly spaced, converging at the central perforation that runs through the core.
