PHOENICIAN GLASS EYE BEAD - Ca. 500 - 300 BC. A spherical stratified glass eye bead in cobalt blue, with four rows of applied circular motifs. Each motif consists of concentric bands in white and brown, enclosing a cobalt blue central dot.
