ANATOLIAN MARBLE KILIYA-TYPE ANTHROPOMORPHIC IDOL - Ca. 2700 - 2400 BC. A stylised marble idol with a large circular head set on a slender neck, broad semi-circular shoulders, and pointed hands. The body narrows into a lozenge-shaped lower half, with a defined pubic triangle incised on the front. The back is plain and smoothly finished.
