EGYPTIAN LIMESTONE RELIEF WITH WORSHIPPER PROCESSION - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. An Egyptian limestone relief, dating to the Egyptian New Kingdom, , depicts part of an offering procession carved in finely executed low relief. The fragment is divided horizontally into two distinct registers. In the upper register, standing figures in profile, probably attendants or offering-bearers, advance solemnly as they carry ritual objects or offerings. The lower register is more fragmentary but appears to show traces of additional figures, possibly continuing the procession scene or representing ritual acts or attendants associated with funerary rites.For similar see: P.
