EGYPTIAN TERRACOTTA HEAD OF KING AMASIS - Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A terracotta head of a male figure of elevated status, likely representing King Amasis. He wears a high, close-fitting cap and displays softly rendered facial features, including downturned eyes, prominent cheekbones, a broad nose, and gently smiling lips.
