LIMESTONE FIGURE OF A HORSE, POSSIBLY KUSHAN - Kushan Period, Ca. AD 30 - 375. A limestone architectural fragment depicting a horse’s head. The horse is sensitively rendered in profile with incised detailing to the mane, eyes, and harness. The head protrudes from a tall, rectangular slab composed of stacked blocks.
