CHINESE QINGBAI MOULDED KENDI - Song Dynasty, Ca. AD 960 - 1279. A kendi in mallet form with a tall narrow neck rising from a flat, flaring collar and a short angled spout to the side. The body is incised and dotted beneath a bluish-white Qingbai glaze. Size: 135mm x 100mm; Weight: 170g. Provenance: Private London collection.
