CHINESE BLUE GLAZED SQUARE VASE - Mid-Late period, Qing dynasty, Ca. AD 1644-1912. A square vase of archaistic hu form, the angular body rising from a gently spreading circular foot to a waisted neck and flared rim, applied with a pair of stylised animal mask handles to the sides, the entire surface covered in a deep sacrificial blue glaze.
