EARLY SAXON GILT-BRONZE APPLIQUÉ WITH CENTRAL RED GARNET - Ca. AD 400 - 600. A rectangular bronze appliqué with raised gilt vegetal ornament arranged symmetrically around a central rectangular cell set with a red garnet inlay.
