VIKING HIGH KARAT GOLD RING WITH STAMPED TRIANGLES - Ca. AD 900 - 1000. A flat 21 kt gold ring formed from a single strip, with the ends overlapping and coiled around each other. The exterior is decorated with two parallel rows of stamped triangular motifs in alternating orientations, bordered by small circular impressions.
