GREEK CYPRIOT TERRACOTTA ASKOS - Late Cypriot III, Ca. 1200 BC. A terracotta askos in the form of a quadruped with short legs and an elongated body. The spout rises from the back. The head is arched forward with a short snout and a slight ridge indicating the mane.
