EGYPTIAN LIMESTONE TALATAT BLOCK WITH SUNK RELIEF SCENE OF ANTELOPE CAPTURE - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A nearly square limestone block carved in sunk relief with a depiction of an antelope striding to the left, its body rendered in profile with slender body and elongated limbs. The animal’s form is defined by incised contour lines and filled with orange pigment.
