EGYPTIAN BRONZE FIGURINE OF SEATED OSIRIS - Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A bronze figure of Osiris shown seated with legs together and arms crossed over the chest, holding the crook and flail. The face is finely rendered with a protruding nose, small lips, and narrow eyes beneath gently arched brows. He wears the Atef crown flanked by side plumes and fronted by a uraeus; a plaited false beard extends from the chin. Mounted on a modern base.
