EGYPTIAN WOODEN FRAGMENT OF A STOOL LEG IN THE SHAPE OF A DUCK'S HEAD - New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A carved wooden fragment representing the upper section of a furniture leg, shaped as the head and neck of a duck. The head is rendered with rounded contours, inlaid panels around the eyes and beak.
