ETRUSCAN TERRACOTTA ANTEFIX DEPICTING GORGON - Ca. 400 - 300 BC. A moulded terracotta antefix with an oval gorgoneion face framed by stylised spiral locks extending outward in symmetrical curls. The facial features are schematically rendered with prominent eyes and a broad nose.
