CHINESE HAN DYNASTY TERRACOTTA RAM - TL TESTED - Ca. 202 BC - AD 220. A finely modelled pottery figure of a ram shown standing with legs extended and head turned slightly to the right. The compact body is rendered with a subtle curvature along the back, and the tail curls sharply upwards. The head is naturalistically sculpted with prominent eyes, a rounded snout, and drilled nostrils. Two ridged horns arc backwards over the ears.
