CHINESE GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF MANJUSHRI - Ca. 20th century AD. A gilt-bronze figure of Manjushri. The bodhisattva is seated in lalitasana upon a double-lotus pedestal, his left hand resting and right hand raised. Dressed with a tall crown, earrings, and beaded jewellery, his serene face conveys a gentle expression.
