JAVANESE BRONZE SHIVA - Ca. 15th century AD. A cast bronze figure of the seated Shiva, upon a double-lotus pedestal. The deity is adorned with elaborate jewellery and wears a tall headdress, his serene face framed by elongated earlobes. His left hand holds a water vessel.
