EGYPTIAN WOODEN PAINTED MALE FIGURINE - Middle Kingdom, Ca. 2055 - 1790 BC. A wooden male figure shown in a striding pose with both arms attached by dowels. The face is painted with black detailing for the eyes and brows, and the figure wears a short black wig. Red pigment remains on the upper body, arms, and lower legs, while the central area is left unpainted.
