EGYPTIAN ALABASTER KOHL POT - Old Kingdom, Ca. 2900 - 2200 BC. An alabaster kohl pot with a squat, globular body resting on a small flat base. The vessel has a broad shoulder and an outwardly flaring rim with a short neck beneath.
